  • Property Address: 700 W Main St, Unit 14, Red River, NM 87558

  • Check in is after 4:00 PM

  • Check Out is by 10:00 AM

  • Before you leave, please: Remove perishables from the refrigerator

  • Take out all trash to the dumpster (dumpster is to your left when facing out the door, just across the street)

  • Load and start the dishwasher

  • Be sure the coffee pot, etc is off, and lock the door

  • WiFi is Ski Hive 14 PW is "skihive14"

  • Coin laundry, along with change machine and detergent vending is available through the back of the game room.

  • Parking - there is one designated spot in front. Additional is in the back of the building, or, on the street.

  • Der Markt Food Store is 0.3 miles East

  • Main Street Medical Center is 0.4 miles East
